Extracting data
I am having problems extracting any data from excel files.
I am looking to extract urls and I have done it in the past using your software. I do remember having issues before but resolved them.
This time however no matter what I try I am unable to get any data from the files.
The process I use is as follows:
I choose a file to extract the data from. I have tried .xls files and .csv files.
I pick what data to extract in this case URLs
I then hit extract data.
This produces nothing.
Can you please help.

Extracting data
I'd check that the rule that you have selected is "Extract URLs from files", and not the one that's for extracting from webpages. I think you would be better off using a .csv file as it's less complicated.
