After starting up ColorPic my Mouse pointer is gone. Does anyone know how this can solved. If the program is closed (the mouse is working, but not visible) and starting another the pointer is appearing again.

I've never seen that happen, but I'd first suggest a reinstall, and then a reboot. I can't think why it would alter the mousepointer at all.
