Register UniToolbox Controls in Windows 7 64-bit

How I can register UniToolbox Controls in Windows 7 64-bit?
The controls are properly registered but in VB6 I get the following error:
The license information for this component cannot be found. You do not have an appropiate license to use this funcionality in the desing environment.
