Backup palettes

Just copy xml doc. to save info.

Open xml doc in notepad after adding a new colors.
New plaettes are found at the top listed by hex value.

I've been trying to figure this out too, resorted to using process monitor (sysinternals tool) to see where colorpic.exe was reading/writing files and tracked it down to:

C:\Users\%your_username_here%\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\ColorPic 5.1\palettes.xml
