Ver 3.2 vs 4.0

Hi,

I have version 3.2 of Screen Calipers.

1. What is the advantage(s) to ver 4.0
2. Is there an upgrade path from 3.2

Thank you,
r.

Ver 3.2 vs 4.0

Hi Robert, version 3.2 of Screen Calipers is provided in the download section because it is backward compatible with Windows 98, ME, NT4 and also works on Windows 2000, XP, Vista, 7. Version 4.0 is only compatible with Windows 2000, Vista, XP, 7.

To upgrade from version 3.2 to version 4.0 you would have to uninstall version 3.2 and download and install the new version 4.0.

As you may already know the serial number you've used for the 3.2 version works for the 4.0 version and will work for any future version of the Screen Calipers application.

Then there is no advantage to upgrade from 3.2 to 4.0 for Mac users?

Thank you,
Robert

Actually, there is no version 4.0 for Mac, only for Windows. The latest Screen Calipers version for Mac is 3.2

Will there be an OS X Lion compatible version of Screen Caliper? There is apparently no Rosetta for Lion so the current 3.2 won't work.
