Create Online Forms, Databases and Admin Modules with Zero Programming
Posted in the SeaGreen Forum.

I created a form where there are options to upload files.
Files are uploaded and they show on the Administration Module with a link to download (Save as...) BUT when the file is downloaded its blank. No information on the file. SeaGreen saves the right format name (xls, pdf, jpg) but when they are saved they cannot be viewed or edited.
I tried every format and they are all the same, unreadable.

There have been a few users with this issue. We have not yet been able to narrow the problem down to a particular server, OS, or platform.
Can you please reply to this post with your server, OS and platform specifics?
Thank you!

Thank you for your quick reply!
I've never heard of Devian. Do you mean Debian?
In any case, the two officially supported platforms are Windows and Mac. However, we may still be able to resolve this issue. I have brought the issue up with our development team and will keep you posted.

Yes, I did mean Debian.
Do you mean Windows and Apple for WEB SERVERS or for personal computer?

According to your website, this are your requirements, which my hosting company meets and exceeds:
- PHP 4.4.0 or higher
- MySQL 4.0 or higher
As far as my computer, it also exceeds the requirements
- Intel Pentium or AMD processor 1.7GHz
- Windows 2000 or later (works on Vista)
- 512MB of RAM
- 85MB of available hard-disk space (additional free space required during installation)
- 1,024x768 monitor resolution with 16-bit video card
Are you telling me that it needs "more" than what you advertize?
The last thing I want is to be bouncing around between Iconico and my hosting company. I am not ready to play that game.

If you have a 2000 or later Windows OS on your personal computer (the one on which you run SeaGreen), then yes - it is supported.
