Create Online Forms, Databases and Admin Modules with Zero Programming

unable to upload files and link form to web page
have form created and am unable to merge form with web page and upload files to Go daddy hosting site. Any suggestions

Well, these are two separate problems.
With regard to the form merge, did you leave a blank DIV tag in the HTML page you want to merge with?
Problems with publication generally stem from the publish page - in particular the database login information. Did you name your database first and create a username & password with full permissions? Are you using GoDaddy's special hostname? Localhost will not work with GoDaddy.
