I have a few websites set up; some for my business (school uniforms) and a couple for non-profit organizations I'm involved with. Presently, I'm using GoDaddy for most of them and CityMax for one of my business sites. I'm not a big fan of the website builders that are on their servers, but my serious lack of HTML knowledge limits me.

Can someone recommend, or does Iconico sell, a program that uses non-html language that I could use to rework my websites without making them "live" until I'm ready, and has drop down menus, a built in shopping cart, shipping options, and similar options for an apparel business? I stock about 150 items, all of them in various colors and sizes, and manage the uniforms for about 8 schools.
