Our Windows Color Picker tool has an inbuilt magnifier and allows you to save full palettes of colors.

RGB Format on Window Caption
Wicked little app!
ONE SUGGESTION:
- allow selection of color format that is displayed in the window caption. i would like to change this to read RGB decimal instead of hex.
