Vista - Tools don't work as expected
I just installed v 4.0 of the Screen Measurement pack on my Vista x64 machine and I'm disappointed that they don't work properly. The tooltips come up for a second and then the box stays but the text disappears. The move forward/back buttons don't work. Luckily I can use the handles and drag them and SHIFT + Arrow Keys will let me fine tune the adjustment.
Is there a fix for these problems?

I'm very surprized to hear that you are having problems with v4.0. We've tested it on Vista and it all works fine for us. I'd try a restart and reinstal and see if the problems persist.

The problem has to do with the "Stay on Top" option, I disabled that and everything works great.
