Hey,
I have tried to put the style in my site ( www.seeu.tv )
and i couldnt see it working.
i have tried to put it in an external CSS file, in the Head section and many other places.. but still not effect.

please take a look at it and let me know what i need to do to fix the problem.

I can see them fine. Are you using Internet Explorer? The scrollbars don't show in Firefox or Safari.

My computer uses firefox. I can't see see the scroll bars to use. can you help.

Scrollbarcoloring does not work on doctypes HTML/strict and XHTLM/strict.
Use HTML/transitional and it will work.
E.g.: !DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"
