Bought a License but Need to move it to my other computer
I have a license on my mac but want to move it to my pc since it is not working on my mac with the upgrade how do I go about installing it on my pc and taking the license off of my mac?

The SeaGreen licenses for Mac and PC are not interchangeable
between operating systems meaning that you cannot use a Mac license on your PC
or a PC license on your Mac. You would have to purchase a new PC license.

I am sorry about the confusion on my side. It seems you can unlock the software on your PC using the same key (you don't need to uninstall it from your Mac).
