Our Windows Color Picker tool has an inbuilt magnifier and allows you to save full palettes of colors.

New Palettes - VGA, Skin, Fluorescent, Solorized, Google, Amazon, Microsoft
New palettes for ColorPic include:
* 16 Color VGA
* Skin Tones
* Fluorescent
* Solorized Light and Dark
* Tomorrow
* Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Bing
Just replace your palettes.xml file in the install folder with the one found here:
