I downloaded the Concise Offset skin and compared its rotation with that of the Base (default) skin, without noticing any difference at all. Maybe it's because I can't find "the point under the bar" as mentioned in the description on the Skins page.

Will someone please explain clearly to me how to demonstrate the different actions between the two skins?

The central rotation point is in a slightly different place, it's at the bottom of the bar, not the center of the bar.
