Does Screen Protractor 1.1 work under Windows 98SE?

I downloaded and installed it OK. When I try to launch it, my screen cursor hourglasses for a moment, but the protractor doesn't appear (and the application doesn't in the Windows Task Manager.)

There are two downloadable versions for the protractor, I think you may have the non Windows 98 version. Can you confirm.

That was it: I downloaded the non-W98 version by mistake.
