Our Windows Color Picker tool has an inbuilt magnifier and allows you to save full palettes of colors.

Optional Copy "#" with hex
It sure would be swell if there were a checkbox that allowed the user to optionally copy the "#" symbol along with the hexidecimal number.
Pasting into Photoshop, it doesn't take the "#". But pasting into a text/code editor, you most often want the "#".
Would also be slick if you could move and name/rename chips.
