I have selected "Start on system startup minimized" but LR will nevertheless open the settings window during startup which I find annoying. I am running Windows XP Pro SP3.

In addition to reporting the bug, I have a suggestion: provide two separate options for automatic startup during log in and starting up minimized. For example, I do not really want LR to start up in every Windows session. However, when I do run it, I want it to start minimized with the settings window out of the way.
