ColorPic

Good:
The file size of the program is really small and doesn't use many resources. This is an excellent approach when developing this type of utility. I like the ability to zoom in on various pixels and grab the color.

Bad:
Unless I'm missing something, it seems that the ColorPic program must be active in order to grab a color. This is really a problem when you must move the cursor to activiate the program and hence, lose your pixels. Or you can use the Alt-Tab key, which is still an issue if you have many programs running.

Suggestions:
Develop the program using a hot key that can be activated to grab a color without placing focus on the program. Developing this utility as a Photoshop Plugin would be awesome. I would also suggest an HTML help file on the website or a Support section where users can review bug fixes or view an enhancement list. Thanks.
