Easy Read worked for a long time -
IE 6----then stopped workiing

This is not the problem, what the link says.
I do have the + and - on the toolbar. As I said this worked fine for a long time, then no longer worked. Someone said something about a Windows update causing this but I can't find out more.
I tried re-installing - no difference
