I'm just going to start my new hobby of stamp collecting. I have a ProScope kit. Could you comment on MacCalipers' usefulness to me as a stamp collector before I buy?

Hi John,

I'm glad that you're looking into the Calipers for use with the ProScope. I actually talked to a stamp collector before who was using our software, he was measuring the distance between the individual perforations on the edge of the stamp, I believe you call this the 'gauge'. He seemed to think that the Calipers we perfect for this task. You could also measure any details on the face of the stamp, and get exact measurements of the borders.
