From the description of HTML Text Extractor you can read:
"Internet Explorer 5 or greater is required. "
Does this mean that other popular Windows browsers are excluded?

WE're not excluding anything, all that the comment means is that you must have Internet Explorer 5.0 or later installed on your system, otherwize the application will not work. As 99.9% of computeres have this it really should not be a problem.

I suggest that you complete the text with that single
word "installed" to be more specific and not raise
questions nor doubt.
