How to use Screen Protractor
Short answers for the usual questions. The full manual, including keyboard shortcuts, is on getting started .
Download Screen Protractor and drag the transparent hub over what you are measuring. Click and drag the two handles until they match the angle. The readout shows degrees, or you can switch to radians and other units.
Click and drag the central hub to move the whole tool. Your pointer turns into a grab hand. Use the rotate buttons or the arrow keys when you want to nudge one degree at a time.
Type the number on your keyboard and press Enter. Type +5 or -5 to add or subtract degrees. You can also multiply and divide the current angle the same way.
Yes. Open the menu to switch units, change skins, and set transparency. Sticky Angles, Link Angles, and Swap Angles live in that same menu. The getting started page has the full keyboard list.
