How do I extract everything.. I just like the fact that it combines a billion text files into one excel file.

I tried different wildcard searches, but they dont select everything..

Is there a regex way to say select all? Even through line breaks / carriage returns. How would I tell regex to select everything after the word APPLE?

I think for what you are trying to do, which is file combining, not data extracting, this is not really the right program. There's no serach that I can think of that will do exactly what you want.
