Want to extract email addresses from outlook WITHOUT using EXE. User Security policy does not allow EXE files to run on the pc. Any program out there ? that extracts emails from outlook without exe file?

This would be pretty much impossible as browser security does not allow it to see local files. I'm sorry but I don't think there is a solution.

If you mean MS Outlook (outlook.exe) file, the EE don't run it when processing .PST Mailbox Messages.
