we are facing this issue:
Failed to load control 'UniOption' from
UniBoxVB12.ocx. Your version of UniBoxVB12.ocx may be outdated.
It comes occasionally. Please let us know how can we fix it?

This is discussion forum. I was just asking about the ideas for this. It is not looking like a support. If we will able to fix this type of issue here, lot of your customer will get benefit.
But since, you think it is as a support, so, You cannot understand my points.
