Hello,
Basically I save all the Color values in a database. When someone goes in to the form I have created the default values are automatically entered into the textbox. When I select the colorpop tool to open, it defaults to the Default color which is great.

What I want it to do is when I open the page, I want it to show the default color in the color box, not the funny little image. If the color field is blank, show the funny little image, but if there is a value in the color box on the load of hte page, How can I get that to who up in the color box

You should be able to do this by editing the javascript file, it's certainly possible. We don't have developer resources availabel to look into it right now, so let me know how you get on.
