Screen Calipers slow and display artefacts on Windows 8.1
Hi! When using the Screen Calipers in Windows 8.1, I noticed that the caliper moves pounding, is slow and produces artifacts on the screen. Is there any adjustment that I can do to make these problems go away?
Configuration: CPU Intel i7 4810MQ 2.8 GHz, video card Intel HD Graphics 4600 and nVidia GeForce GTX 850M.

Here's what I suggest:
1. Run the program as Administrator: right click the icon, select Properties and then select 'Run As Administrator'

It may also have to do with the theme you're using. Could you please
change the themes by alternating them? I'm thinking you could choose a
more basic theme.
I also noticed the same behavior in the case of
other applications and the solution was in that case to install the
correct drivers (not the generic ones) for the video card.
