I ran the demo and was able to extract email from web pages no problem...after purchase all pages show ZERO RESULTS.

What am I missing.

I clearly see email address on pages but the software is not extracting them

Suggestions?

There is no difference in the extraction after unlocking the software, you might want to try reinstalling from scratch, of checking all the settings starting on the first tab.

The re-install did it....I also ran the Compadability Wizard....that seem to fix the problem
