Installed EasyReader for use with IE version 6+ (latest updates). Installation shows no problems but when relaunching IE, there is no icons for use with EasyReader.
Running XP Pro with latest updates and Norton Internet Security s/w.
Suggestions?

Found the problem:
Had to Customize the tool bar and add the icons. For some reason, they were not added during the install process

That's rigth occasionally the icons don't show up, and you'll have to add them in. Instructions are here:

Those icons do not appear in my "customize . . . " drop down menu.

Any other suggestions??

Please make sure that you have restarted your browser and the icons should appear.
