How do I install the magnifier so I can magnify the uninstaller?

Have Wal-Mart compter :"emachine" which has given me poor service. Had the magnifier installed at times and on occasion lose it as it now has. Been trying for over an hour to reinsatll it without success. Got ti this stage of writing to you for a reinsatallation.
